Moving LMS item and content from Test to Prod

I have a learning item built with custom AICC wrappers to collect reportable responses on a DOC in the Test instance of the SF LMS. Is there a way to move this whole item from Test to Prod without having to rebuild the entire item and content settings?

@SaraRose, as I understand it, there isn't a single way to transfer the single item from test to prod. The process to copy the data from one environment to another is the refresh, but that'd copy all data from test to prod. (KBA 2835061).
