Moving from EHP 4 to EHP 7

Hi Guys,

We are moving from EHP 4 to EHP 7 for e-recruiting module.

Kindly let us know the steps in this process. The functionality remains mostly same.

We have taken the screen shots from the sandbox system.

What are things to be taken care.

same as in every upgrade: upgrade dev or sandbox => test => adapt possbile errors => repeat on other systems
