Monthly Time Sheet - Error When employee records more than 20 hours OT

Dear Team,

We come across common requirement to throw error when using time containers, Like after 20 Hours of OT, employee should not be able to submit. Currently we are able to raise the alerts but we need to stop them from proceeding. Is there any possibility to throw error or will be available anytime in future ?
