Is there a way to change the default texts of mail when an user ID is created?
Like below screenshot.
It would be very helpful if you share the recording tutorial or PPT regarding this case.

Hi Mani,
It is possible to modify some of the standard email messages that are sent by Manager but I don't think that it can be done for that specific message. To modify the email message templates in the Cloud version:
1. Open Manager
2. Navigate to the System Workarea
3. Start editing the Resources > Adaptable Resources > Mail object
4. Click on the Assets tab and then click the Show Streams button. You should see this:
5. Click on the hyperlink (the name) beside one of the messages and you will see the structure of the template used for the corresponding message
6. If you right click that structure and choose View Source, you will see the HTML that makes up that template
7. If you modify that template text and reload it using the Replace File link, you can change the corresponding message. You can use HTML to format the text in the modified template
8. After reloading a template, finish editing and publish the Mail object
I tested all the templates and none appear to be the one used for the new user message.
Regards
Shane
