We have a number of mobile users (both Android and iOS) who are reporting issues when logging into the App. As soon as they log in, they are immediately logged out and returned to their phone homepage. We have noticed that this seems to affect those users not using biometrics security and favouring passwords instead. Has anyone else encountered similar issues?
