MLT goal rating that exceeds 5 point scale not displayed correctly in PM Form

Hello Experts,

I am having issues displaying actual MLT rating from Goal Plan to PM form when it exceeds 5 point scale. Instead of the actual rating, it is being adjusted to max rating which is 5. I attached a screenshot here for reference (rating is 8 but PM form rating displayed as 5). 

To give you a background of our setup, the PM form is using rating scale with 5 point scale and MLT in goal plan is also 1-5.  We're using custom calculation in goal plan so there will be instances that goal rating will exceed 5. The expectation is when MLT rating from goal plan is above 5 (e.g. 5.1, 5.2, 6, 8), the actual goal rating will still display in PM form as is (probably unshaded stars and no label).  

Can you please confirm if this is possible or we need to adjust the rating scale we're using in PM form to accommodate ratings above 5?
