missing step when install

Hello Experts!

I installing Ancile Uperform Server 5.2 and when I come to step 42(Chapter 3: Installing the Server - Ancile Uperform Administration Guide) I click next and get step 44 (Enter the Company Name and Product Key).

I cant understand why missing step 43, when I should choose DB

When I enter  Company Name and Product Key I get next window

I can't understand why step 43 is missing. In the log anything about it does not say.

p.s. earlier I installed Uperform 4.2 and comply with all the steps

My system:

Windows Server 2012

Oracle 11g

Please tell me what is the reason?

Problem solved.

The reason was in OS. When I installed on a Windows 2008 Server, all was well
