Missing Projects

A team member has "lost" some SEN recordings taken a few weeks ago. We cannot see them in Trash or Unsorted, but they are adamant they were recorded. Any suggestions on where/how to look for them?

Hi Emma,

If you have checked everything that Dirk has suggested, maybe you can try this. Assuming you are using the SAP Enable Now Cloud version - there might be an older version of the workarea on the authors laptop. Check the path C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\CloudWA\ If you can see more than one workarea here, you can rename or move the latest one and open Producer fresh with an older one. Maybe you can find the content in the trash or unsorted of that older Workarea.

It does sound, however, like the content was completely deleted. Maybe the trash of the laptop will have the files.

Go to Manager, and search on the title in there. That will also go through all of Unsorted and all of the Trash. If you can't find them there, they likely don't exist (any more). I'm assuming the Author has checked their own (local) Content, Unsorted, and Trash in Producer.
