Missing profile image on Position Org Chart

Hello - We noticed today that the profile image icon is missing on the position org chart. Are any other customers experiencing this? The employee name is listed but profile image is missing.

Hi there,

The profile image icon is missing in position org chart due to the recent release feature enablement (Horizon Theme feature) in company system and logo settings page. SAP suggested disabling this for now as a fix/workaround will be provided soon.

Yes, we are experiencing this as well.

We have experienced the same.  A KBA exists and we have a SAP Ticket raised, per the ticket - the stated "confirm internally that the fix for the issue being faced will be applied in the next release, on November." Here is a link to the KBA -
