Problem Statement : There is no differentiation between no-punch and single punch in SAP SuccessFactors. So in order to identify the cases which were absent (no punch) and that with single punch are not able to segregate because of which calculation of pay days is affected.
We can only receive data when both the punch in and out are received i.e. in pair. Hence need a solution over this. Single punch is however available on standard Timesheet UI to employees but it cannot be stored in database unless it is paired and can only be fetched via API after pairing of records.
