As per SAP’s initial estimate, the bandwidth requirement for conducting exams in SuccessFactors LMS was stated as 300 kbps per user. Based on this, our client’s IT team arranged the necessary bandwidth. However, users encountered disruptions during a recent pilot exam.
Further investigation revealed that a minimum bandwidth of 5 to 10 Mbps per user is necessary for a seamless exam experience. Additionally, after logging in, the content on the first two pages consumed 17 Mbps and 16 Mbps, respectively.
The client is now requesting the actual minimum bandwidth requirement for a full-scale exam. Based on past experience, what bandwidth should we propose to ensure an optimal exam experience for users?
