Hello,
When creating a Milestone Award for Service Anniversaries, the supervisor is notified on the day of their employee's anniversary. We would like to notify supervisors a few days, or as early as a month ahead of time (some sort of earlier time than on the day of the anniversary), so that supervisors have time to prepare for recognizing their employee(s).
Are there best practices for doing this?
Thank you,
Madison Ruff

Hi madsruff
We had to reach out to our engineering for the best answer possible.
Milestone award notifications are sent with the auto-scheduled Daily Jobs that generates these awards Based on award eligibility. The system cannot schedule milestone award notifications in advance for employees supervisors.
One way to see the List of employees who would Be eligible in future for some specific milestone program could Be via Milestone Future (Forecast) Reports.
All the best,
Xavier
