Migrate from on-premise SAP EnableNow to Cloud

Is there a procedure explaining how to migrate from a on-premise SAP EnableNow installation to Cloud version?

We have all the licensing required.

We are currently running version on-premise 2111HF1.

I forgot to mention we are already running on HANA on premise.

OK, so that note still applies, then. 2nd bullet point: "...switch from...SAP Enable Now Manager On-Premise, HANA option to Manager, Cloud edition (HANA on-premise to HANA cloud version)." The note is confusing as it says "The Migration from SAP Enable Now Manager Hana Edition to Cloud Edition is still not possible using this method" but then Solution 1 says it is for: "Manager On-Premise, SQL option/ Manager On-Premise, HANA option to HANA Cloud". If in doubt, open a case and SAP will advise you - you'll have to involve SEN support at some stage, anyway.
