Is it possible to merge 2 or more user accounts in SEN?
A lot of people's email accounts have changed in our company. When they logged on with the new credentials SEN created a new user account. We don't want to loose any of the previous tacking details for the users.

I'd agree it could be a useful feature (albeit difficult to implement). I constantly see the case where users (Producers) have manual IDs created before SSO is set up, then when SSO is working they end up with a second ID that was created automatically. I know the solution is to define them manually using the same UID that their IAS uses, but most of the time they don't know what this is (or are too lazy to find it).

Hi Jaco,
no, it is not possible to merge users. The history stays with the original user when a new one is created.
You could export the history and keep the files somewhere separate from SAP Enable Now.
Maybe you can raise this as a feature request in our Influence Portal?
Take care,
Kristina
