Hi,
Is it possible to have an MDF alert email notification reminder to be sent out weekly if an employee has not yet filled out the custom MDF portlet we have created?
We need a rule that will check a custom Job Information portlet field which was filled out during hire and it is a flag if they need to fill out the details in the custom MDF portlet (Yes/No) and if this custom Job Information field is Yes and the custom MDF portlet is still empty, then every week an email notification reminder will be sent so they can fill out the custom MDF portlet.
And if it is flagged as NO in job information, then no actions or alerts are required.
Request clarification before answering.
It would not be a rule, but does something similar. You'd normally build an integration center file that filters on that field with Yes and No on that specific table (entity). Integration Center then writes to an MDF portlet on which you have a specific business rule with the alert.
