MD replication from EC to MD - feasibility of IDs management scenario

Hi Experts!!

i'd like to brainstorm with you about a specific scenario i'm struggling before designing the Employee Central model in a new project, thinking about impacts in data replication to SAP HR system (live since 15 years).

In SAP HCM S/4 system of the customer, the secondment scenario doesn't lead the creation of a new employment working contract but the employee still have the same Employee ID. In addition the information of the "base allocation" is stored in a custom SAP HR Infotype (PA9001) while the secondment allocation is stored in PA0001 standard Infotype.

Setting Up the master data replication scenario from EC to SAP HR by leveraging on standard add on, i kindly ask you to clarify the possibility to convert a global assignment event that in EC leads the creation of an additional HOST employment contract (2 different User IDs are manged connected to the same Person ID) to a "Simple" secondment event that in SAP HR it doesn't. In addition the GA has to trigger the maintenance of PA9001 infotype record according to specific business logic.

Basically :

- GA (2 UserID in EC) --> Secondment (1 PERNR in SAP HR and the maintenance of PA9001 custom infotype)

Do you think it is a feasible scenario leveraging on BADI of standard add-on ?
