Max Row Limitation on File Attachments List results

Current on the Agent Master/Broker detail, we have file attachments we upload (ex - agreements, E&O, AHIP certification, etc). We noticed that there is a limit of how many display (maximum rows = 20). Can that be modified? Can we have those files sorted by upload date, showing most recent at top (listed first)?

Hi Jessica,

You can limit the number of rows by navigating to ENTITY CONFIGURATION via QuickNav in the upper right of your screen and creating a new Entity Configuration for Entity Name "EntityAtt" as shown below. You can set the max rows here and SAVE.

You can sort by EntityAtt fields but only in Ascending order currently. The EntityAtt fields are intermingled with other fields in the Default Sort Fields but can be identified by the lack of related field information appended to the end of the field name as shown below. DateUploaded can be specified as a sort field since it is an EntityAtt field.
