Matrix Grid Reports: Performance-Potential (or How vs. What).

Hello everyone!

I wanted to consult the Matrix Grid Reports: Performance-Potential (or How vs. What).

And I wanted to know what happens with the deleted forms, because it doesn't specify.

In the tests I did, I deleted a form and I still see it in the matrix.

Is there a process missing or is this how it works?

Hello Sofia,

I hope your issue might have been resolved.

Please check on the setting in the matrix grid : Performance-Potential (or How vs. What).

Check under the settings : make sure the setting is enabled Exclude deleted forms when retrieving ratings.

On the other hand :

Managers have updated people profile on employees with data in the live system. The issue is the employees not visible in the 9 Box rating of Hows VS what.

First check : Make sure the option for Matrix grid report is enabled in provisioning.

As per experience if this switch is disabled all the matrix grid settings will be disabled in the instance.

Second check:  Enable the setting on the Matrix grid Hows vs What - Use average of all found ratings, instead of latest - this will add all the ratings and average out for the employee.
