Matrix Grid Report shown as unrated

Hi,

so currently, my matrix grid report for performance and potential all shown as unrated
But, some user already had rating also with the start and end date
I had follow all the documentation from matrix grid report: performance potential until processes and from but its not shown either

is their any step or configuration that I miss

I also have this issue. The user already has a rating for the specified timeframe.

Hi @lushcacomley, you can check out this KBA: https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2848627 In my case the issue occurs because of the Calibration data source in-progress pm form/completed pm form. Best regards, Sandra
