Please advice me for the configuration of Maternity Leave for UAE.

Requirement for below configuration is done, and it is working fine -

For UAE Maternity Leave, rule is –  In the United Arab Emirates (UAE), female workers are entitled to 60 days of maternity leave, with 45 days paid and 15 days half-paid.

Users  -Valuation rule significance – in detail –

For Maternity Leave: till 45 days  full pay.

Next 15 days will be Half Pay.

after 60 days - it's unpaid.

but currently user is facing issue with calendar change. if any employee apply leaves with a year (from Jan to Dec same year eg - 2023), the calculation in payroll is showing correct valuation rule, but if the employee applies leave starting from last month to next month of new calendar (eg - Oct 2023 till Jan 2024 or Dec 2023 till March 2024), then the calculation in payroll is not getting calculated correctly.

Please provide me solution for this. - if maternity leave being applied from Dec 2023 to Feb 2024 or so, then what can be done to calculate it correctly.

for ref - valuation rule
