We have a instance of successfactors and currently we are facing a lot of challenges when uploading mass (multiple) integrated hires and job changes from Successfactors to SAP HR.
We are however able to process an integrated hire one employee at a time. The documents comes in the pdf format (cannot convert to excel) from successfactors to SAP. Is there a way we can process multiple integrated hires in one go. A lot of our time is spent in handling these changes. Appreciate if you could share any thoughts on how similar requests are handled in other organizations.
