mass upload of candidate list to successfactors recruiting

Hi

My customer buys candidates list from companies.

and he wants the recruiter to be able to upload this list to successfactors recruiting module then they start the process.

Is there a way in successfactors for mass upload available for the recruiter (a users ) not through provisioning.

Is there any validation if these candidates are already available on the system or no

or they may be duplicate ?
