Hi All,
I've seen the below on mass update of passwords:
KBA 3001615- How to mass update user password in Identity Authentication.
However, is there any way that one could mass update/set user PINs used for password recovery?
The idea is that we want to be able to tell everyone "Hey, your password recovery PIN is the last 4 digits of your phone number OR ...the last 4 digits of your social, for example" but it seems this can only be set manually, at least from what I've found in documentation posted.
Curious if anyone has found a way to do this in a mass update/import/api, etc. kind of way. Thanks!

We have been hoping for something like this forever. We are going to go down the road of looking at an automation tool that we can feed it the UserID of the person requesting the reset.
SAP spoke about this in 2019 at SuccessConnect. They discussed having a Learning Bot where you could ask it to reset the PIN, but have not heard anything since then.

Dear Kyle,
it's so far not possible to (mass) update user's PIN programmatically or via CSV upload in Identity Authentication service.
