Mass Re-assign Performance Forms

Hi All,

I'm a new system admin for SAP SuccessFactors and was looking to find out if there's a way to mass re-assign Performance Forms (after they've launched), for a certain population?

Notes: We don’t have Employee Central, our data comes over in a Global UDF, overwriting the previous file (so we don’t have ‘historical org’ data, just snapshot of the current org structure).

For context, we are setting up our Year-End Annual Performance Evaluations, where our forms go to the current Manager and current 2^nd Level Manager, as listed in the latest Global UDF. I’m told every year we run into issues with requests to “route the form over to the previous manager” since XYZ person reported to that manager for the majority of the year, resulting in hundreds of manual updates of “manager” to “specific user” and then entering the name of the previous manager to route the form to them to complete the manager review:

Our hope is to be proactive this year and get a report of manager changes that have occurred over the course of the year, and wanted to see if there was a way to “upload a csv file of these manager changes” somewhere that could mass re-assign the Manager Review step to a specific user, and who that user is (would also apply to 2^nd Level Manager, and Manager Acknowledgment steps)?

I suppose this question is actually two-fold: is there a solution BEFORE forms are launched? Is there a solution AFTER forms are launched?

Since this wouldn’t apply to the full population, we don’t want to update the base route map.

Again, we don’t have Employee Central, or a current way to track historical managers in our current SuccessFactors configuration, so hoping to get some great ideas from this wonderful community around how you handle this scenario in your businesses?
