Mass Export of Performance Forms in SAP SuccessFactors

Hello - 

Is it possible to mass export completed Performance Forms from the system? We are not looking to run a report that includes the form data. We need a way to export the PDF version of the form in bulk. Has anyone done this in the past?

We use the Archive and Print feature within Classical Reports pages, however they have a very low threshold of how many documents you can export/archive at a time its very difficult to come up with a strategy that allows you to get the full set of documents

Hi Dren,

the classic Report function is deprecated in the Test System now. 😕 I read a few weeks ago, that the function will be somewhere else, but I can not find any information about it. If anybody has any information, I would really appreciate it, if you could share it. 🙂

Hey Linda - pretty sure you can still use Classic Report under search, then the "Archive & Print" option will show on the left nav panel - screenshot below form our Preview instance that has been updated with 2024 2H Release:

Hi Dren, you're absolutely right. I did not know, that the Archive & Print Feature needs to be activated through provisioning 🙂 Thank you for your message!

Thank you so much Yilin. I actually stumbled upon this KBA yesterday. I gave it a try and initially I am having issues. I am going to dedicate more time today to see if I can get the forms to export as PDFs in bulk.
