Mass deletion of external candidates

Hi Everyone,

We have a request to delete all the external candidate who has not logged in our sytem since 2010. I know there is a program RCF_DELETE_EXT_CAND which can be used to delete external candidate. However it's not buit for mass users deleteion. Is there any process to delete more than one external candidates at the same time?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Farhana,

There are several ways to achieve that - eg. if you use ILM this can be done quite easily.

Thanks you very much for the information! I am quite new to E-rec and I don't think we have activated ILM in our system. Can we use LSMW or any other program for that?

ILM is explained under: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_globext607_10/helpdata/en/12/3ec27674e845e98c137358014f1aa7/frameset.htm

which would be the program which is supported by SAP. I don't know if LSMW will work here.
