Mash-up not working

Hi Guys,

I'm currently involved in the implementation of Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). However, I've encountered an issue where the Canadian tax and garnishment info types don't appear when I click the link from EC. Instead, it only displays the SAP Easy Access screen.

I've completed the mash-up configuration steps within EC, configured the "Payroll system configuration" setup of tax, garnishment info types, and pay statements links. Additionally, I've implemented Single Sign-On as per the instructions outlined in KBA 2253359 in EC and ECP.

Furthermore, I also configure the "HRFOR" feature and maintain the IT0105 subtype ECUS for pay statement.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance with resolving this matter.
