Marker storage

We have an username that is opened in two computers; in one of them we can look into all the simulation modes into Playback settings the option "marker storage", however, on the other computer we can't look the same option. I attach the screenshots.

However, we have a problem with the download in scorm form; because in a computer we downloud a cours and we can look the success, but with the same username in another computer the download doesn't show the success. I attach the screenshots.

Do you know what is the problem?

Hi Judy,

please check the checkbox on the top of the settings called "Advanced Layout":

This is a local user setting, if you activate it the bookmarking setting appears.
