Client has a course that includes Books, Book Pages, Simulations and a Quiz. The client wants to mark the course as Complete in their LMS if the user passes the Quiz - even if they skip all the course content.
What would be the best way to do this?
* All the Books have been set to not track completion (uncheck Track Completion of Book)
* The only KB I found was this one
* LMS is not SFSF LMS
* SCORM is 2004 4th Edition

Hi Robert,
I'm assuming that the Quiz is in the form of a Quiz object and not quiz questions embedded into book pages. Assuming that the course(s) link to Quizzes, you could check:
1. The book page linking to the quiz should link to the Test mode of the Simulation and all other modes of the Quiz should be hidden
2. The SCORM Settings on the Test mode of Simulations should be set to track Results and Progress - Incomplete when Fail
3. The Quiz Evaluation object should define passing mark and also specify to Send Tracking Completion
I note that you mentioned that book pages are not being tracked, which is correct, so hopefully the setting above will get you the outcome you require. There is other information on tracking issues with SCORM on the home page of the Community (https://community.sap.com/topics/enable-now).

Shane

Hi shanealipke -
A quick clarification:
In step one above it says: "1. The book page linking to the quiz should link to the Test mode of the Simulation and all other modes of the Quiz should be hidden"
.
Should the client use a Simulation (blue icon) or a Quiz (green icon) to set this up?
.
I know the very first line says "Quiz object", but I just want to be absolutely clear, so as to not leave any stone unturned.
Thank you again for your help!
- Robert
