Mapping Salary from REC Offer Template to EC Compensation Info

Hi everyone, 

Our customer requires to map the Salary from Offer Template to the Compensation Information Pay Components. 

Field in Offer Template: Salary (general string)

Pay Components in Comp Info: BI-weekly or Hourly 

There are two salary types:

• Bi-weekly - the annualized amount is entered in the Offer Template in the field "Salary" (string)
• Hourly - the hourly amount will be entered in the Offer Template in the field "Salary" (string)

The idea is to map them in a way that one of these two values, depending on the Employee Subgroup, is mapped to either the Pay Component or Pay Component Group. 

Does anyone know if this is possible to do via Recruit to Hire template or any custom solution?

Please refer to the below KBA, which allows you to map RCM salary to EC pay component

But I don't think the mapping can be done based on employee subgroup.
