Mapping of job related entities

This has been new to me hence would like to ask how am I going to map these job related entities? Job code to Job Role to Job Family?

I will use this for compensation process.

It was all moved to Job Profile Builder recently.

Try looking for Knowledge based articles on how to do what is described in the article I pasted but using Job Profile Builder.

This is for a customer that has no EC and yet wants to do promotion in Compensation, right ?

Thank you for your response. This has been very helpful. But I would like to know if there has been changes on this in terms of configuring? I am not seeing the Manage Job Roles transaction in the system and in permission roles. Are there enablement needed first on the backend before I'll see this?
