Hi,
I'm having an issue of where the existing association configured between a created onboarding custom data collection object and the ONB2DataCollectionUserConfig object using the "Join By Column" as per link Mapping Object Entity to ONB2DataCollectionUserConfig Object | SAP Help Portal is not being picked up.
So, what happens is that the onboardee will successfully complete the additional data collection step however when you check the onboardees data under manage data> Onboarding data collection user configuration, the data for additional custom data collection object does not exist. However, the data as captured by the onboardee does exist under Manage Data with it's own external code.
I have subsequently tried to re-create the association using the "Join By Column" however with the latest release updates, I get the error message "Type “Join By Column” is not supported on association xxxxxx. Supported types are: Composite,Valid When" when trying to save the Join By Column association.
I have also tried changing the association to "valid when" however the association is still not being created hence I'm unable to map the data from the custom object to the custom form for signing.
Has anyone come across this and been able to successfully create the association for the additional custom data collection object to the ONB2DataCollectionConfig object?
Regards
Jackie

Hi Jackie_M
I had this same problem, what I did was follow the steps shown in this link and it worked for me, I hope it works for you too
