Map National ID field from RCM to ONB

Hi,

We have a requirement to map the National ID field for USA from RCM to ONB (This has been mapped now). However the issue is with the Country CAN now, we are getting an error when we initiate ONB for country CAN. As system is expecting a value for National ID fields and we have blank for CAN.

We have seen an enhancement request ECT - 263099, however we are looking for a work around to achieve this in system without any errors.

If anyone has come across such scenario or requirement, please do suggest what steps are to be taken to resolve this issue.

Hi Kauser,

If National ID is mandatory field in ONB/EC, then this field has to be mandatory in Recruiting too, however except USA other country National ID validations/format is not available in RCM.
