MANUALLY CREATED ONBOARDEE NOT APPEARING IN MANAGE PENDING HIRES

Hello Team,

I've manually added an onboardee via "Add new hire to onboarding", however the onboardee do not appear in manage pending hires and hire processhirestatus is set to not started. Any tips please to make it appear in manage pending hires?

Reason 1:

It sshould be ready to hire in order to candidate appear in MPH.

usually if candidate/manager does not complete document step properly ,then this flag will not update.

Kindly verify in process object - what is candidate signature step status .

Reason 2(if document step not trigger correctly): PFS credentials could be an issue if document step not triggered properly/ Assign form rules issue/placeholder mapping issue.

If above 2 does not help,pls file support ticket for further debugging since required system access and we need to check logs.
