Manual Rating - Performance Form

Hi PMGM Experts,

We have Performance Form with below Route Map -

Employee --> Manager --> Calibration --> Final Review --> Completed

At the Manager Step we are using Manual Rating and Calculated Rating. We have given only Read Only Permission to Manager for Manual Rating and Calculated Rating fields in the Manager Step.

In the Manager Step - Manager rates the Competency and based on that Calculated Rating gets updated in Manager Step. Manual Rating as its ready only shows as Unrated at the Manager Step  screen and when form is moved to next step i.e. Calibration Calculated Rating overwrites Manual Rating.

However if Manager during the Manager Step rates the Competency, saves the form and sends back the form to Employee due to any reason (Calculated Rating overwrites Manual Rating) . After that if employee again send the form to Manager and Manager again rates the Competency, Calculated Rating does get updated with latest value but when this form is send to next step i.e Calibration Manual Rating shows old earlier rating only NOT the latest rating based of Latest Calculated Rating.

Do we know how we can ensure Calculated Rating always overwrites Manual Rating at least till form is with Manager?
