We noticed that when a user goes on leave (and becomes inactive in SuccessFactors), all assignments are wiped from their profile.
When the user comes back, anything that was assigned with an assignment profile is reassigned to the user, but anything manually assigned is not.
Has anybody found a way of managing this?
