Manual Application Management in SAP E Recruitment Ehp6

Hi friends,

We are using E Recruitment on SAP ECC 6.0 Ehp6

I am having a scenario where recruiter or recruitment administrator should be able to apply internal job postings for the employees who doesn't have portal user Id's. Is this possible in portal ? If yes please explain the process.

Can someone please explain the process of Manual Application Management in SAP E recruitment and can I achieve the above scenario through this?
