Hello,
When importing data via "Import Employee Data" transaction, is there a way to manage which columns for the CSV file are mandatory for the import or not?

Hi @sfcrt ,
When you select the desired entity in "Import Employee Data" page, the mandatory fields are made available on the right side of the field selection panel by default ("Selected Data Fields").
You can check what are the mandatory fields for each entity in "Manage Business Configuration" Page of your instance, which reflects your Data Model Configuration.
For the "Basic Import" File, the mandatory fields for your reference are on below URL, under "SAP SuccessFactors User Data File" section:
