Due to some legacy licensing framework, a handful of our SCORM objects are on a usage/ license model. i.e. our organization is licensed to use a SCORM object for up to X number of course completions. Usage exceeding that will require additional fees to the content creator.
Currently, I can only think of scheduling reports for such item on regular basis to monitor the usage level.
I wonder if there is a more automatied/ sustainable way of managing? For example, is there a function in LMS that can manage the number of course completions for an Item (Online) containing such SCORM objects?
