Hello Community Members,
Our Performance Assessment year is a calendar year (Jan-Dec). With Mid year review in June-July and Year end in Oct-Dec.
We have the PM Form configuration in which The Goal Plan and Development Goal plan gets locked as soon as user reached Year-End Assessment stage after completing their mid-year. That means users are not able to edit their goal roughly starting end of July.
However, we want goals not editable post Oct when year end assessment process stage starts. Do share your experience or possible workaround to manage this.
