Hi All,
I am relatively new to e-recruitment and i need your help to resolve an issue in E-rec. We had a requisition initiated by a recruiter and the request was due for approval from a higher manager(one level up) in the hierarchy to the recruiter's manager as per the workflow. When the requistion was raised, the manager did not have MSS access. Now, we have provided MSS access to the Manager with whom the approval should be due right now. But, the manager was still unable to see the requisition approval request in MSS inspite of providing himthe MSS access now. Please help me if i need to trigger the workflow in the backend again or what i can do in this case.

The request was sent? The inbox has the correct selection criteria? New approvals are in the inbox?
