Manager shouldn't see entire population who are leaving the organization(OFB) or transfer(XBD)

Hi All, 

As a Manager, we want to restrict your offboarding employees only to appear, but I am seeing everyone from other teams too who are leaving organization(offboarding) or crossboarding. How to achieve this restriction ?  I've gone through below KBAs already, I have issues with target employees but unable to fix it. Followed below KBAs

Hi Niladri, could it be that the managers in your company have a permission role which gives them the ONB2Process permission for too broad a target audience? 

One way to check would be to go to View User Permission, search for a people manager who doesn't have any special SF admin RBP privileges, and then search for "ONB2Process" to see what permission roles are granting access to this permission. E.g. in our instance, this is granted by a permission role called Onboarding Hiring Manager which has a target population of All Direct Reports (and I'm pretty sure the ONB2Process relates to Onboarding, Offboarding and Crossboarding). Maybe in your instance the permission role has a target population of Everyone? If so, the target population would need to be changed.

Thanks @jackoneill , The challenge is they don't use ONB2Process, it is customized completely. I am finding it hard to identify/ remove permissions . Let me check and confirm
