Manager selection when creating a requisition

Dear experts,

when creating an e-rec requisition, under the manager's field, if i enter the manager personnel number the system can find the manager, but when pressing the search button and entering either first or last name, it will return not results.

This is happening for some managers, not all. What can be wrong?

Hi Fernando,

You can check: F4 Search-help on requisition is not working for recruiter or hiring manager - ERP Human Capital Man... if it is helpful.

The setup is correctly done. The authorizations is not an issue as I am having the same result and i have full authorizations.
