Manager requisition request not displayed in table 5125 and 5131

Hello Experts!

We are testing the managers' requisition and the process is as follows->

1.Login as a manager( Manager is the head of his org unit...he is not reporting into anyone)

2.Manager fills the mandatory data and send the form for approval. Supervisor of the requestor is he approver of the form.

3.We are using a copy of HR_MSSRCF_REQUISITION

4.Once the requisition request initiated by the manager, workflow WS90000065 will be triggered and the request will be send

for Approval. Upon the approval data update in the tables HRP5125 and HRP5126.

Now in our case the once the requisition is sent it is created in the status"Completed". Requisition is not sent for any approval further as the hiring manager is the highest approving authority for his org unit.

Issue: Now when i check 5125 and 5131 there are no records and neither the requisition is available to the recruiter(support group) selected in the requisition from

Can you help identifying the blocker.

The following roles should assigned in EREC and Portal to the manager:

Backend: SAP_ERC_MANAGER_CI_4

portal-role: pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/line_manager/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.15.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.roles/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.manager_self_service

Also an candidate object (NA) should assigned to the user.

If the manager want to see the requistions on recruiter side so it's also necessary to add also recruiter authorizations to the user.

Hi Punam,

Data in tables HRP5125, HRP5126, HRP5131 will be populated when Chief manager approves Requisition Request sent by Line Manager  and Requisition is available to Dashboard of Lead Recruiter in Support Group .

Now U said that Manager is Highest Authority person of that Particular Org unit, but he should be Reporting to Manager or some other person of Parent Org Unit .

Andy, there are no errors displayed in ST22 or SLG1.

Pran, This manager is not reporting into anyone. Think of a situation where the highest authority creates a requisition. Ideally it should be autoapproved in that case and sent to the recruiter for further processing. But thats not the case.

Pran/Andy can you suggest which roles should be assigned to a manager in ECC, EREC and Portal to create and approve a requisition via portal.

Hi,

Once the mail is sent to the hiring manager, the hiring manager should click on the realization link, Check and Send and click on Finish.

Process number is provided which could be used for tracking purposes.

Post this the requisition created should be available in the requisition overview.

Else, check the role assigned to the hiring manager viewing the requisitions.
