Manage Standard Dashboards and YouCalc Files - Filters

Dear Experts,

We want to set a filter centrally to a PDR Dashboard report in the View Tile Reports quick action that only the status of 2023 forms will be shown.

I go to Manage Dashboards > Manage Standard Dashboards and YouCalc Files, select the Dashboard name "P&D Review Forms Status (Team-View)", go to Take Action, Edit, Filters and select the 2023 forms in the Form Template Name.
If I save it will it be updated for every manager in our system at once?

That would not be possible. One thing to try would be create a new Tile, manually in the instance, set all the right filter conditions > Save it and then provide RBP to end users.

At a later point of time, to change filters and sync, you might have to start from scratch with a new Tile and sharing that. And removing access to older tile.

Hello Mate,

You would have to set filter and later provide permission to managers. In that case the Filter value might stick.

However, manager's will have access to change the filter conditions.

Once they change, it will not sync again.

And how can I centrally overwrite the filters that users set for themselves on already existing dashboard tiles?
