I have total System Admin rights in Learning, access to all.
We performed a Connector upgrade this past weekend and have experienced some issues like the process made all employees locked. We have corrected this issue however I am no longer able to access 'Manage Permission Groups, View User Permissions, and Manage Permission Roles.
I go to the Tools and search on these three topics but they don't come up where I can click on them. All other 'tools' are still available that I used.
How do I correct this issue?

I did talk to the IT Admin I use and he confirmed I still have all the rights and I can see that I have the 'super admin' rights but not able to see all sections. I can see some of them and not others.

You'll need to find someone who has sufficient right, and get them to grant you access to RBP. Subsequently, add yourself to the RBP groups that grant a "super admin" set of permission. If you are unable to find anyone, then submit a ticket to support.
