Manage Dashboards - Set a filter for 2023 PDR forms

Dear Experts,

We would like to set a filter centrally that our employees see only the 2023 PDR forms on the home page even if they haven´t closed their forms for 2022.

We have set a filter but still if we proxy to employees, they still see the 2022 PDR forms on the home page.

Is this the right place to set a filter? Are there any further steps required?

The tile in my understanding just shows what you are allowed to see from a statistical point of view, but that would in fact be the only place in the tile/dashboard where you could apply some level of filtering.
