Malaysia Time Management - Attendance date

Hi,

I would like to check if there are anyone managing Malaysia Time Management, where the Attendance / OT date ties to the end date for night shift employees ?

Eg, DWS (Plan work time) : 2 Jan 2017, 21:00 to 3 Jan 2017, 07:00

SAP standard for TE schema will to assign the work hours to 2 Jan 2017.

However, for my organization, HR wants the work hrs to be assigned to the end date, 3 Jan 2017. All PH, shift, OT and other time related allowances are to be assigned to 3 Jan 2017 for night shift employees as well

Is this there any one who has done this ? if yes, please share how you manage it in the TE schema.
