I have placed an image in my recorded slide in simulation but it does not show up in the documentation. Is it possible to make it appear in the documentation?

Paste the image into a text bubble, go to the properties of the text bubble -> Documentation -> show in documentation should be flagged.
In that case, the image will be visible in your documentation.
