Mail trigger on simple activities

Dear Expert,

I want to trigger mail on simple activities no-10-check suitability on completion status. Is there any way to trigger mail on simple activities as the standard worflow11 is not recignise this activity even though I change the activity category to from1 to 2.

Hi Snita,

The standard workflow only recognizes special activity types. You would have to check that in the condition itself which one is triggered or not.
